Ken Griffin
Ken Griffin founded Citadel in 1990 after beginning to invest while a student at Harvard. He is the firm’s chief executive and co-chief investment officer, and is also founder and non-executive chairman of the separate market-making business Citadel Securities. His philanthropic work, organized through Griffin Catalyst, supports education, scientific research, health, and cultural institutions.
