Shared research and inquiry handling
Perimeter Desk uses your signed-in account to store your personal workspace, follows, research notes, saved sources, and briefings. Your account identifier is specific to this site. You choose what to save and whom to invite to a team workspace. Inquiry details, source information and recorded contact permissions may be sent to the network team’s GoHighLevel CRM so its call team can respond. Saving private research by itself does not submit a sales inquiry. Phone permission and newsletter preferences are recorded separately.
What this form collects
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details, role, location if requested, interests, and message you provide. We record your consent choices, submission time, originating page and CTA, and available campaign or referral information. A temporary hashed network identifier may be used to limit abuse; the application does not save your raw IP address in the lead record.
How the information is used
The site operator uses inquiries to review your request, respond, organize follow-up, and understand which resources bring visitors to the site. Optional educational updates are recorded separately from permission to respond to your inquiry. No inquiry authorizes a transaction or investment.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the site’s database and are accessible to authorized administrators and service providers supporting the site. They are not posted publicly. Technical hosting services process requests to operate and protect the website. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline optional updates. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of follow-up permission, use the contact form and select “Privacy or data request.” We may need to verify the request before acting. Retention may depend on operational and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Reader launch list
The reader form stores your email, optional first name, selected topics, signup source, submission time, explicit permission version, and a temporary hashed network identifier. The list is private to authorized administrators. Addresses are unverified; no newsletter emails are being sent yet. If an email is submitted again, its original preferences are preserved. Each publication maintains a separate list. Use the privacy request form below to request removal or a verified update to your choices.
Your Desk and team workspaces
Your account identifier, email, display name, saved research, follows, briefings, comments, reading status, and alert read status are stored to provide the workspace. Team research, briefings, membership information, and activity are visible to members of that team according to their roles. A team owner can invite members, change roles, and remove access. Invitation tokens are stored as hashes and expire after seven days. Removing a member does not remove their shared contributions.
You can remove saved research and export your workspace research and briefings in Settings. For account or workspace deletion, use the privacy request form. In-app alerts are based on connected public feed headlines and followed terms. Scheduled email alerts are not active.
Subscription billing
Paid checkout is not active during free early access. When enabled, Stripe processes checkout and billing details. The Desk stores billing customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and processed event identifiers; it does not store payment-card numbers. A paid workspace follows its owner’s subscription. Payment does not grant access to a publisher’s separately paid content.
Earlier network research tools
When you choose to save a tool result, a temporary draft is stored for up to 30 minutes for transfer to your central Perimeter account. Confirming the save stores the research under that account. You can edit, export or remove saved research from your workspace. Followed topics and an optional confirmed email subscription shape your personal digest. Saving research does not itself submit a sales inquiry.
Browser storage
The site uses temporary session storage to retain campaign and referral context as you navigate. The selected workspace is also retained as a device preference in session storage; research records are stored with your account. Checklist selections remain only in the current page state. Hosting or authentication services may use their own necessary cookies. This build does not add advertising pixels.
Please leave out sensitive details
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, identity documents, client lists, or confidential deal or employer records. External websites linked here have their own privacy practices.

Authorized staff can review inquiries across the related finance websites in one protected dashboard. The source website, your consent, and follow-up history remain attached to each request. Inquiry confirmation and a single follow-up may be sent when email delivery is active. Newsletter updates require a separate opt-in and email confirmation. You can stop automated emails through your email-preferences link.
